新质生产力背景下高等职业教育与高等工程教育人才贯通培养探析
Analysis on the Talent Cultivation Integrating Higher Vocational Education and Higher Engineering Education under the Background of New-quality Productivity
摘要
Abstract
New-quality productivity serves as the core driving force for high-quality economic and social development in the new era.To support Made in China and Created in China initiatives and expand the talent pool aligned with new-quality productive forces,higher vocational education and higher engineering education—as integral components of China's engineering education system—bear the crucial mission of cultivating a well-structured,high-caliber workforce.The relationship between scientific theory and technological advancement,the essence and classification of technical knowledge,and the career development pathways for skilled professionals provide theoretical foundations for integrated talent cultivation across these educational domains.However,in practice,the integrated talent cultivation between the two faces practical challenges:incomplete institutional mechanisms,poor alignment of knowledge systems,and weak job applicability.To address this,an integrated mechanism spanning vocational,undergraduate,and graduate levels should be established in organizational structure;teaching contents should be designed based on the structural framework of technical knowledge in content architecture;and the cultivation process should be updated according to the growth patterns of skilled professionals in training architecture.This will achieve the integrated talent cultivation between higher vocational education and higher engineering education.关键词
