Key Tasks,Practical Dilemmas and Breakthrough Paths for the Construction of Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of the Second Phase of"Double-high Plan"
摘要
Abstract
The launch of the second phase of"double-high plan"marks a crucial stage in the development of higher vocational colleges in China,transitioning from phased improvement of conditions to systematic capability building.The key tasks for the construction of higher vocational colleges focus on creating a highland for technological and skills innovation services,building a high-quality talent training system,constructing a new ecosystem of industry-education integration with shared destiny,shaping a new paradigm of smart education,and serving lifelong learning for all.However,in the process of promoting high-quality construction,higher vocational colleges face a series of practical challenges,including insufficient top-level design and system promotion capabilities,prominent bottlenecks in the interests and mechanisms of industry-education integration,structural challenges in the quantity and quality of"double-qualified"teachers,insufficient adaptability of specialty clusters construction to industrial development,and significant pressure on resource investment and sustainable development guarantees.To address these challenges,it is necessary to accelerate the construction of a modern internal governance system,explore new models of diversified and collaborative industry-education integration,improve the introduction and training system for"double-qualified"teachers,promote the digitalization and dynamic optimization reform of specialty clusters,and innovate resources integration and sustainable development mechanisms,thereby forming a systematic path to support higher vocational colleges in achieving substantial improvement.关键词
