乡村振兴背景下新农人培养的创新探索与实践
Innovative Exploration and Practice of New Farmer Cultivation in the Context of Rural Revitalization

Abstract
Cultivating high-quality new farmers is a systematic project that serves national strategies,aligns with regional industries,deepens educational reforms,promotes individual development,and builds a learning-oriented society.Currently,traditional agricultural talent cultivation faces multiple challenges.In response,Jilin Engineering Vocational and Technical College has accurately adapted to industry needs through"five-level integration"research,reconstructed the"five modules"curriculum system,created a"boundary-free"classroom and a"three-level,six-stage"cultivation paths,and established a"tracking and monitoring"and"extended training"service system,forming a new cultivation paradigm of"demand-driven,diversified co-education,and scenario connection".This system has achieved a conceptual transformation from"mass production"to"precise drip irrigation",broken down campus walls and reconstructed teaching spaces in terms of path,empowered the entire process with digital technology,constructed a closed loop of"recruitment-training-employment-tracking-retraining"in terms of mechanism,and implemented"dual-element"and whole-process monitoring between schools and enterprises in terms of evaluation.It provides a systematic and referential solution for the cultivation of new farmers in the context of rural revitalization.关键词
