Connotation,Obstacles and Development Paths of"Five Golden Elements"Construction in Vocational Education from the Perspective of New Quality Productivity

Abstract
The construction of"five golden elements"in vocational education from the perspective of new quality productivity includes five aspects:"golden specialization""golden courses""golden teachers""golden textbooks"and"golden bases".It demonstrates the unique characteristics of precise professional layout guided by new quality industry,innovative curriculum system empowered by new technology,reshaping of teacher quality in line with new quality production,development of textbook resources reflecting new quality production practice,and construction of practice bases simulating new quality production scenarios.However,the construction of"five golden elements"in vocational education still faces many obstacles,such as the constraints of traditional educational thinking and the lack of"new quality"concepts,the shortage of construction funds and high-quality resources,the insufficient depth and coordination mechanism of school enterprise cooperation,the imbalance of teacher ability structure,and the lack of practical experience.In response to these issues,we should establish a vocational education development concept guided by new quality productivity,broaden the supply channels of"five golden elements"construction resources,create a community of shared future between schools and enterprises,build a"double-qualified teacher"teaching team that adapts to new quality productivity,promote the construction of vocational education"five golden elements",and cultivate new quality talents that meet the needs of new quality productivity development.关键词
