产学研深度融合视角下出版专业硕士人才培养模式改革探索
Exploration of the Reform of Master's Talent Training Mode in Publishing Major from the Perspective of Deep Integration of Industry,University and Research

Abstract
Building a publishing powerful country is one of the core objectives of China's national cultural strategy,and achieving this goal relies on the support of high-caliber and interdisciplinary publishing talents.However,the current cultivation of master's students in publishing major faces multiple structural challenges:a misalignment between application-oriented training objectives and the curriculum system,teaching contents lagging behind industrial technological advancements,a shortage of"double-qualified"teaching teams and inefficient industry-university collaboration,superficial practical training,and systemic gaps in outcome-oriented evaluation mechanisms versus diversified assessment approaches.In response to these issues,deep integration of industry,university and research demonstrates multifaceted relevance:aligning with application-oriented talent development goals at the objective level,facilitating synchronous updates between teaching content and industry advancements at the knowledge level,and effectively breaking through the limitations of university-centric training models at the resource level.Based on this,reforms should be systematically advanced through reconstructing a tripartite literacy framework of"values-knowledge-abilities",developing modular curriculum clusters,fostering a"double-qualified"deepening project-based practical teaching,establishing diversified evaluation mechanisms,and improving multi-stakeholder collaborative support systems,thereby comprehensively enhancing the quality of master's talent training in publishing major.关键词
