"工匠精神"嵌入职业院校思政课教学的理论基础、现实困境与实践路径
Theoretical Foundation,Realistic Dilemma and Practical Pathways for Integrating the"Craftsman Spirit"into Ideological and Political Education in Vocational Colleges

Abstract
Based on Marxist praxis theory,value-oriented theories of vocational education,and cultural inheritance and innovation theory,this study systematically explores the theoretical logic,practical challenges,and implementation pathways for integrating the"craftsman spirit"into ideological and political education.Theoretically,these three foundational theories establish the philosophical basis of craftsman spirit,reveal the synergistic relationship between technical skills and moral education,and promote its contemporary transformation.Practically,vocational colleges face challenges such as structural contradictions in the curriculum system,limitations in expanding teaching environments,and imbalances in the quantity and quality of"double-qualified"teachers.To address these issues,three core pathways are proposed:firstly,constructing a"trinity"curriculum framework encompassing objectives,contents and methods;secondly,creating a"virtual-real integration"collaborative education ecosystem to break down spatiotemporal and institutional barriers;thirdly,cultivating high-quality"double-qualified"ideological and political teaching teams.These measures aim to effectively overcome existing challenges and achieve the organic integration of the craftsman spirit into ideological and political education.关键词
