中国新能源汽车动力电池政策文本量化分析
Quantitative analysis of policy texts on new energy vehicle batteries in China

Abstract
This paper constructed a three-dimensional framework of policy subjects,themes,and tools.By employing social net-work analysis,LDA topic modeling,and content analysis,this paper comprehensively examined China's new energy vehicle(NEV)pow-er battery policies over the past 15 years.The results indicated uneven application of policy tools,with environmental tools dominating and demand-side tools underused,requiring optimized allocation.Although the network among policy actors was complex,cross-sec-toral synergy needs enhancement.Policy themes had evolved from technological R&D to market cultivation,industrial chain improve-ment,and green-intelligent transformation,reflecting a clear development trajectory.The dynamic changes in policy themes provided a scientific basis for policy adjustments,aiming to promote the sustainable development of the NEV power battery industry.关键词
