右归丸及其加减方治疗肾阳虚型再生障碍性贫血的系统评价
A System Analysis of Yougui(右归)Pills and Its Modified Formula in the Treatment of Shenyangxu(肾阳虚)Syndrome Aplastic Anemia

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Yougui(右归)Pills and its modified formula in the treatment of aplastic anemia(AA),and to provide evidence-based medical evidence for the use of Yougui Pills and its modified formula in treating A A.Methods:Ran-domized controlled trials(RCTs)published in PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,CNKI,and Wanfang Data databases from their inception until October 11,2023,were searched.Two evaluators independently screened the literature and extracted data from the selected studies.The Rob2 scale was used for risk of bias assessment,and RevMan 5.4.1 software was employed for Meta-analysis.Results:A total of 9 RCTs in-volving 445 patients were included.The Meta-analysis results showed that treatment with Yougui Pills and its modified formula was superior to basic Western medicine treatment in terms of efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome improvement,and the elevation of HGB,WBC,and PLT[RR=1.45(1.19,1.75),RR=1.32(1.05,1.65),MD=34.46(31.91,37.01),MD=0.77(0.67,0.81),MD=13.96(11.93,15.99);P＜0.05].The combination of Yougui Pills and its modified formula with Western medicine was also supe-rior to Western medicine alone in terms of efficacy,TCM syndrome improvement,and the elevation of HGB,WBC,and PLT[RR=1.50(1.19,1.89),RR=1.64(1.20,2.23),MD=29.01(25.32,32.71),MD=0.78(0.68,0.89),MD=12.77(9.60,15.95);P＜0.05].Subgroup analysis,due to the inclusion of≤3 articles,did not provide clear conclusions.Sensitivity analysis showed that the results were robust.Due to the small number of included studies,no publication bias analysis was performed.Conclusion:Yougui Pills and its modi-fied formula,as well as the combination of Yougui Pills and its modified formula with Western medicine,can improve the therapeutic effect and hemogram in AA patients with Shenyangxu(肾阳虚)syndrome.However,due to the limitations in the number and quality of the included studies,the conclusions require verification through larger sample sizes,multi-center studies,and higher-quality clinical trials.关键词
