韩明向基于五行体质学说运用五行膏方经验
HAN Mingxiang's Experience in Applying Five-Phase Paste Formulas Based on the Five-Phase Constitution Theory

Abstract
To summarize the clinical experience of Professor HAN Mingxiang in formulating five-phase paste formulas under the guidance of the five-phase constitution theory.Guided by the concepts of five-phase constitution,treating in accordance with individual differences,and treating disease before it arises,Professor HAN identifies,evaluates,and intervenes in the five types of constitutions(wood,fire,earth,metal,and water),and formulates cor-responding five-phase paste formulas to regulate populations with these constitutions,correct the imbalance of zang-fu organs,and thereby prevent and treat zang-fu organ disorders.For individuals with wood-constitution who present with liver stagnation transforming into fire and liver yin deficiency,the wood formula Longyan Jupi Paste(龙眼橘皮膏)is formulated;for those with fire-constitution characterized by heart yin deficiency and static blood-heat blocking collaterals,the fire formula Yuzhu Huangjing Paste(玉竹黄精膏)is created;for people with earth-constitution suffer-ing from spleen deficiency with excessive dampness,and stagnation of qi movement,the earth formula Shanzha Maiya Paste(山楂麦芽膏)is designed;for individuals with metal-constitution showing lung qi deficiency and internal phlegm-fluid retention,the metal formula Renshen Yuzhu Paste(人参玉竹膏)is prepared;for those with water-constitution presenting with kidney yang deficiency and cold-dampness obstruction,the water formula Yiyi Fuling Paste(薏苡茯苓膏)is developed.关键词
