病证症同辨、形气神同调诊疗模式在恶性肿瘤症状群中的应用
Application of the Diagnostic and Treatment Model of Disease-Syndrome-Symptom Differentiation and Form-Qi-Spirit Regulation in Cancer Symptom Clusters

Abstract
Cancer symptom clusters(CSCs)represent multidimensional symptom aggregates caused by malig-nancies and the treatments,characterized by shared pathophysiological mechanisms.Based on the holistic view and systems theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),this paper puts forward an integrated diagnosis and treatment model of"disease-syndrome-symptom differentiation and form-qi-spirit coordination".CSCs have a dynamic pathogenesis of"deficiency-toxin-damage-constraint",and the treatment strategy involves a combined strategy of tonifying deficiency,resolving toxins,treating damage and dredging constraint.By employing a three-dimensional diagnostic system of disease-syndrome-symptom and a multidimensional regulatory framework of form-qi-spirit,this diagnostic and treat-ment model provides a TCM-based solution for CSCs management.关键词
