安徽省农产品质量安全类地方标准现状分析与发展建议
Analysis of Current Situation on Local Standards for Agricultural Product Quality and Safety in Anhui Province and Development Suggestions

Abstract
Improving the local agricultural standards system is a crucial measure to accelerate the high-quality development of agriculture,an essential part of green agricultural development,and an important guarantee for implementing the rural revitalization strategy.Based on a systematic analysis of 453 local standards for agricultural product quality and safety in Anhui Province,it was found that the standards system primarily focused on origin environment,production process control,and storage and transportation(accounting for 55.2%).However,there was an imbalance in the structure,with standards for special component detection accounting for only 1.1%.Additionally,14.79%of the standards had been in place for over 15 years,and some standards had coordination issues with the current national standards.Furthermore,the participation rate of enterprises in the standard drafting process was less than 20%.To address these issues,the paper proposed establishing a dynamic evaluation mechanism,focusing on supplementing quality standards for characteristic agricultural products,constructing a diversified investment system and so on,so as to provide references for improving the local agricultural standards(agricultural product quality and safety)system in Anhui Province.关键词
