拓扑半金属ZrSiS表面分子束外延生长银膜
Molecular beam epitaxy growth of silver film on topological semimetal ZrSiS
摘要
Abstract
Using molecular beam epitropy,Ag films were successfully grown on the surfaces of topological nodal-line semimetal ZrSiS and superconducting NbSe2,with a focus on investigating the electronic states and quantum confinement effects on the ZrSiS surface.The experiments showed that the introduction of silver metal significantly modulated the density of states peaks below the Fermi energy.No signs of superconductivity were observed in the Ag/ZrSiS system at an extremely low temperature of 0.4 K.Due to the size effect,periodic electronic standing waves were generated on the silver islands on the ZrSiS surface.These results indicated that the Ag/ZrSiS heterointerface is an effective platform for studying the confined behavior of quantum states in topological materials,and provided an experimental basis for related research on topological and superconducting heterojunctions.关键词
