加味乌梅汤联合白蛋白结合型紫杉醇及吉西他滨治疗晚期胰腺癌临床观察
Clinical Effect of Jiawei Wumei Decoction Combined with Albumin-bound Paclitaxel and Gem-citabine in Treatment of Advanced Pancreatic Carcinoma

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Jiawei Wumei Decoction combined with albumin-bound pa-clitaxel and gemcitabine(AG regimen)in the treatment of advanced pancreatic carcinoma.Methods A total of 60 patients with advanced pancreatic carcinoma were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 patients in each group.The patients in the control group received AG chemotherapy,and those in the observation group received oral administration of Jiawei Wumei Decoction in addition to the treatment in the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of clinical outcome of tumor,serum levels of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9),Karnofsky Per-formance Status(KPS)score,adverse reactions,overall survival(OS),and progression-free survival(PFS).Results The ob-servation group had a better short-term clinical outcome of tumor than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,both groups had significant reductions in the serum levels of CEA and CA19-9(P＜0.05),and the observation group had signifi-cantly greater reductions than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,both groups had a significant increase in KPS score(P＜0.05),and the observation group had a significantly better improvement in KPS score than the control group(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly lower incidence rates of adverse reactions such as thrombocytopenia,leucopenia,nausea and vomiting,weakness,and diarrhea(P＜0.05).The observation group had significantly longer OS and PFS than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Jiawei Wumei Decoction combined with AG regimen can improve the clinical outcome of patients with advanced pancreatic carcinoma,reduce the incidence rates of adverse reactions,and prolong the survival time of patients.关键词
