绝经后女性肾精亏虚与骨质疏松症和膝骨关节炎共病相关性的病例对照研究
Association Between Kidney Essence Deficiency and Comorbidity of Osteoporosis and Knee Oste-oarthritis in Postmenopausal Women:A Case-control Study

Abstract
Objective To investigate the association between kidney essence deficiency and comorbidity of osteoporosis(OP)and knee osteoarthritis(KOA)in postmenopausal women.Methods A case-control study was conducted among the patients who were hospitalized in Anhui Hospital of Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medi-cine from June 1,2024 to May 31,2025.The patients with comorbidity of OP and KOA were enrolled as case group,while the patients without skeletal diseases were enrolled as control group.Demographic data,disease information,and the degree of kidney essence deficiency were collected for all subjects.The binary logistic regression model was used to investigate the associ-ation between kidney essence deficiency and comorbidity of OP and KOA.Results A total of 104 patients were enrolled,with 52 in the case group and 52 in the control group,and the mean age was 62(58,70)years.There were significant differences between the two groups in age,marital status,the proportion of patients with moderate or severe physical labor,balanced diet,sleep quality,and the degree of kidney essence deficiency(P＜0.05),while there were no significant differences between the two groups in education level and body mass index(P＞0.05).After adjustment for the above factors,the binary logistic re-gression analysis showed that the degree of kidney essence deficiency was positively associated with the risk of comorbidity of OP and KOA(odds ratio=4.426,95％confidence interval:1.928-10.162,P=0.001).Conclusion Kidney essence defi-ciency may increase the risk of comorbidity of OP and KOA in postmenopausal women.关键词
