针刀治疗脑卒中后足下垂临床研究
Clinical Effect of Needle Knife Therapy for Post-stroke Foot Drop
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of needle knife therapy in the treatment of post-stroke foot drop based on the theory of meridian sinew.Methods A total of 76 patients with post-stroke foot drop were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 38 patients in each group.The patients in the control group received basic Western medicine treatment and conventional acupuncture,and those in the observation group received needle knife therapy in addition to the treatment in the con-trol group.The patients were assessed in terms of ankle dorsiflexion angle,foot varus angle,and the serum levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6).Fugl-Meyer Assessment of Lower Extremity(FMA-LE)was used to assess lower limb motor function,and Modified Ashworth Scale(MAS)was used to assess the severity of muscle spasm.Compare the clinical effica-cy and the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results During the treatment period,2 patients in the control group and 2 in the observation group were lost to follow-up.After treatment,both groups had significant reductions in MAS grade,foot varus angle,and the serum levels of hs-CRP and IL-6(P＜0.05)and significant increases in FMA-LE score and ankle dorsiflexion angle(P＜0.05),and the observation group had significantly greater improvements in these indicators than the control group(P＜0.05).The observation group had a significantly better clinical outcome than the control group(P＜0.05).No adverse reactions were reported in either group during treatment.Conclusion Needle knife therapy based on the theory of meridian sinew can improve foot dorsiflexion function,reduce foot varus angle and muscle tension of lower extremi-ties,and promote the recovery of lower limb function,with a good safety profile and a better clinical effect than conventional ac-upuncture.关键词
