没食子酸复合保鲜液对绣球切花保鲜效果的影响
Effects of Gallic Acid Compound Preservative on Preservation Effect of Hydrangea Cut Flowers

Abstract
Taking hydrangea cut flowers as the test material,the orthogonal test method was used to study the effects of gallic acid(GA)on the morphological characteristics(vase life,stem diameter,corolla volume),physical indicators(fresh weight,relative conductivity),and physiological indicators(soluble sugar,soluble protein,malondialdehyde(MDA),proline(Pro),chlorophyll)of hydrangea cut flowers under different treatments,in order to provide reference for the application of GA in the preservation of hydrangea cut flowers.The results showed that the optimal combination was 0.5 g·L-1 GA+20 g·L-1 sucrose+10 mg·L-1 6-BA+400 mg·L-1 8-HQ+1 g·L-1 CaCl2.This treatment significantly extended the vase life of the cut flowers to 18.50 days,which was 12.25 days longer than CK2 and 6.25 days longer than CK1.The maximum stem diameter increase rate of the QC treatment was 179.86%higher than that of CK1,the maximum corolla volume change rate was 52.94%higher than that of CK1,and the maximum fresh weight change rate was 5.42%higher than that of CK1.The relative conductivity at the final stage of vase life was 9.5%lower than that of CK1.The contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein,and proline were 8.018,0.024 mg·g-1,and 0.038 mg·g-1 higher than those of CK1,respectively.Compared with other treatments,it could effectively increase osmotic adjustment substances and nutrients.In conclusion,the treatment groups with GA addition had obvious preservation effects,and the addition of 0.5 g·L-1 GA had the best preservation effect on hydrangea cut flowers.关键词
