盐胁迫对药用蒲公英生长及菊苣酸含量的影响
Effects of Salt Stress on the Growth and Chicoric Acid Content of Taraxacum officinale

Abstract
Taking Taraxacum officinale as the test material,seed germination experiments and hydroponic methods were used to study the effects of salt stress on dandelion seed germination,seedling growth,and chicory acid content.The methods for promoting dandelion seed germination under salt stress conditions were also explored,in order to provide reference for the large-scale cultivation of T.officinale in saline alkali land.The results showed that salt solutions at concentrations of 0.3%,0.5%,and 0.7%significantly inhibited seed germination and seedling growth of T.officinale.Under different levels of salt stress,gibberellin showed the most pronounced promoting effect on seed germination.Furthermore,the chicoric acid content of T.officinale increased with rising salt concentrations,suggesting that moderate salt stress could promote the accumulation of chicoric acid.关键词
