中医药治疗特应性皮炎的现状与展望
Current status and prospects of traditional Chinese medicine in treating atopic dermatitis
摘要
Abstract
Atopic dermatitis(AD)is a common chronic skin disease that imposes a heavy burden on patients'physical and mental health as well as their families.Based on syndrome differentiation systems including Zang-fu organ differentiation,qi-blood-body fluid differentiation,and triple energizer differentiation,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),through internal treatments such as oral herbal medicine and external therapies including topical herbal applications,acupuncture,and moxibustion,shows advantages in improving AD and its comorbid conditions,prolonging the time to AD recurrence,and reducing adverse reactions to Western medicines.However,TCM still faces challenges,including small sample sizes in clinical studies,a lack of standardized efficacy evaluation,low medication adherence in children,and unclear drug mechanisms.In the future,large-sample studies,objective diagnostic criteria,and optimization of dosage forms are needed to promote the standardized application of TCM in the treatment of AD.关键词
