TCM master CHEN Tong's experience in the differentiation and treatment of atopic dermatitis
摘要
Abstract
Professor CHEN Tongyun proposed that the pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis is closely related to dysfunction of the spleen and stomach and is characterized by root deficiency with superficial excess.For treatment,atopic dermatitis is divided into an attack stage and a remission stage.During the attack stage,the condition is mostly differentiated as dampness-heat accumulating in the skin syndrome and excessive fire of the heart and liver syndrome.During the remission stage,it is mainly differentiated as spleen deficiency with dampness accumulation syndrome and blood deficiency with wind-dryness syndrome.Accordingly,Qingre Chushi Decoction,Qingxin Zhengan Decoction,Chushi Zhiyang Decoction combined with Guomin Decoction,and Jianpi Runfu Decoction with modifications are used to clear heat and drain fire,calm the mind and relieve itching,strengthen the spleen and eliminate dampness,and nourish blood and moisten the skin,respectively.关键词
