儿童特应性皮炎与肠道菌群的相关性探讨及治疗
Correlation between pediatric atopic dermatitis and gut microbiota and its treatment

Abstract
Pediatric atopic dermatitis(AD)is a common chronic inflammatory skin disease,the pathogenesis of which involves immune imbalance and gut microbiota dysbiosis.The interaction between the heart and kidneys and the mutual coordination of water and fire are core elements in maintaining the body's yin-yang balance.In the state of"disharmony between water and fire",functional dysfunction of the heart,spleen,and kidneys is closely associated with gut microbiota imbalance as well as the onset and progression of pediatric AD.Based on the therapeutic goal of restoring"harmony between water and fire",Professor XU Jia developed Zishui Qingxin Decoction,which achieves multi-organ regulation through"nourishing kidney water,clearing heart fire,and regulating the spleen and stomach".This formula can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms of AD and reduce recurrence frequency,and it is expected to provide a new therapeutic approach for regulating gut microbiota in children with AD.关键词
