耳穴贴压联合手法通乳治疗急性乳腺炎疗效观察
Therapeutic effect of auricular acupressure combined with manual lactation on patients with acute mastitis

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of auricular acupressure combined with manual lactation in the treatment of acute mastitis with qi stagnation and heat accumulation syndrome.Method From June 2023 to July 2024,120 patients with acute mastitis attending the Dongfang Hospital,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,were enrolled.According to the random number table method,patients were randomly assigned to a control group or an observation group.The control group received manual lactation,while the observation group received auricular acupressure in addition to manual lactation.Follow-up was conducted 7 days after the end of treatment.Cure rate,total effective rate,symptom and sign scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Adverse events,including disease progression such as abscess formation,allergic reactions,or other serious adverse reactions,were recorded during treatment and follow-up.Result After treatment,the cure rate in the observation group was 71.7%and the total effective rate was 98.3%,compared with 46.7%and 91.7%,respectively,in the control group.The cure rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),while the difference in total effective rate was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Both groups showed significant improvement in skin redness,breast pain,lump size,and milk excretion scores after treatment compared with baseline(P<0.05),with the observation group showing greater improvement than the control group(P<0.05).No ulceration or significant adverse reactions occurred in either group during treatment.At the 7-day follow-up,no abscess formation or discomfort was reported in either group.Conclusion Auricular acupressure combined with manual lactation achieves a higher cure rate and significantly improves clinical symptoms in patients with acute mastitis of qi stagnation and heat accumulation syndrome,with no adverse reactions,and is superior to manual lactation alone.关键词
