水氮耦合和油菜素内酯对羊草种子产量及其构成因子的影响
Effects of water-nitrogen coupling and brassinolide on seed yield and its constituent factors in Leymus chinensis

Abstract
To solve the problem of low yield of Leymus chinensis seeds in the process of efficient production of L.chinensis seeds in 136th Regiment of Shihezi City,Xinjiang,the field plot test method was used in this experiment.The three-factor split area design was used to study different irrigation amounts(40,50,and 60 mm are represented by W1,W2,and W3,respectively),nitrogen application rates(0,150,200,and 250 kg·ha-1 are represented by N0,N1,N2,and N3,respectively)and spraying 2,4-epibrassinolide(EBR)(0,0.2,and 0.3 mg·L-1 is denoted by B1,B2,and B3,respectively)on the seed yield of the same variety of L.chinensis.The results showed that irrigation and nitrogen fertilization could significantly increase heading number,grain number per spike,seed yield,and nitrate reductase(NR)activity(P<0.05).The maximum seed yield was 259.9 kg·ha-1 at W3N2.Under the same irrigation amount,the earing rate and 1 000-seed weight first increased and then decreased with the increase of nitrogen application rate and reached the maximum at 150 kg·ha-1,which were 37.39%,49.01%and 2.29 g,1.95 g,2.47 g,respectively.The NAE and PFPN decreased with the increase in nitrogen application rate at W1 and W3 and increased first and then decreased with the increase of nitrogen application rate at W2.Optimal water and nitrogen spraying of EBR increased the earing rate,grain number per spike,and NR activity of L.chinensis.Heading number,seed yield,and GS activity of L.chinensis decreased first and then increased with the increase of EBR concentration.The seed yield was 0.3 mg·L-1,the highest,but there was no significant effect on 1 000-seed weight(P<0.05).The irrigation amount,nitrogen application rate,and EBR were 60 mm,200 kg·ha-1,and 0.3 mg·L-1 had the highest seed yield of 336 kg·ha-1.关键词
