摘要

Abstract

To investigate the effect of a bio-based calcium sulfonate water-soluble fertilizer(water-soluble fertilizer)on the saline-alkali tolerance of alfalfa(Medicago sativa),the effects of different amounts of water-soluble fertilizer on germination and seedling growth of alfalfa under saline-alkali stress were investigated.The results showed that the water-soluble fertilizer with 300 times dilution was the most suitable for germination of alfalfa seeds.The addition of various concentrations of water-soluble fertilizers can effectively alleviate saline-alkali stress,increase the activity of antioxidant enzymes,proline content(Pro),and reduce malondialdehyde(MDA)accumulation in alfalfa.Alfalfa growth was maximal when the amount of water-soluble fertilizer was three times that of the saline-alkali soil leaching solution.Compared with the control under the same conditions,seed germination rate,germination potential,germination index,seed activity index,root length,seedling length,bud length,peroxidase(POD)activity,superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity and Pro content increased by 3.53%,2.34%,9.97%,24.44%,11.11%(P<0.05),11.41%(P<0.05),41.60%(P<0.05),43.81%(P<0.05),10.85%,26.86%,respectively.The mean germination time and MDA content decreased by 6.91%and 8.57%,respectively.According to the comprehensive evaluation of the membership function,it can also be concluded that under saline-alkali stress,when the amount of water-soluble fertilizer applied is three times that of the saline-alkali soil leaching solution,it exerts a positive effect on agricultural production.
