含水量和密度对羊草裹包青贮品质的影响
Effects of water content and density on quality of Leymus chinensis baled silage
摘要
Abstract
Leymus chinensis is an important cultivated forage in China.Compared with hay,baled silage can preserve nutrients better.Water content and density are important factors affecting the quality of silage from L.chinensis.This experiment was conducted to study the effects of water content(55%,65%,and 75%)and density(600,650,and 700 kg·m-3)on the silage quality and microbial quantity of L.chinensis.The results showed that L.chinensis baled silage with 65%water content and 650 and 700 kg·m-3 density had higher contents of crude protein,soluble carbohydrate,and lactic acid;lower pH and ammonia nitrogen content;more lactic acid bacteria;less aerobic bacteria and yeast;and a better silage effect than the samples with 55%and 75%water contents and 600 kg·m-3 density.The quality of silage can be effectively improved by regulating the water content and density of baled silage,which is of great significance for the production and efficient utilization of L.chinensis.关键词
