参元丹对冠心病PCI术后患者的应用效果及炎症反应的影响观察
Clinical effect of Shenyuan Pills on coronary heart disease patients after PCI and its impact on inflammatory responses

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenyuan Yiqi Huoxue Capsules(also known as Shenyuan Pills)in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)and its effect on inflammatory factor levels.Method A total of 68 patients undergoing PCI at the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine,Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Capital Medical University,from June 2019 to June 2023 were enrolled.According to the random number table method,patients were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 34 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional Western medicine treatment.The observation group received Shenyuan Pills starting 3 days before PCI,while the control group received a placebo over the same period.The dosage was 4 capsules per time,3 times daily,continuously until 3 days postoperatively.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores and serum levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),as well as safety,were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,TCM syndrome scores decreased significantly in both groups compared with baseline(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).At 4,24,and 72 hours postoperatively,hs-CRP,MCP-1,and TNF-α levels increased in both groups compared with preoperative levels(P<0.05).At 24 and 72 hours postoperatively,hs-CRP levels in the observation group were lower than in the control group(P<0.05);at 4 and 24 hours postoperatively,MCP-1 levels in the observation group were lower than in the control group(P<0.05);at 4 hours postoperatively,TNF-α levels in the observation group were lower than in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in either group during treatment.Conclusion Shenyuan Pills can improve clinical symptoms in CHD patients after PCI,reduce inflammatory responses,and is safe with no significant adverse reactions.关键词
