平乐正骨功能疗法联合棍针拨筋疗法治疗肩周炎疗效观察
Clinical efficacy of Pingle bone-setting function therapy combined with stick-acupuncture tendon-releasing therapy in the treatment of shoulder periarthritis

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Pingle bone-setting function therapy combined with stick-acupuncture tendon-releasing therapy in the treatment of shoulder periarthritis.Methods A total of 76 patients with shoulder periarthritis admitted to the Non-Surgical Treatment Center of Osteoarticular Diseases,Luoyang Orthopedic-Traumatological Hospital of Henan Province(Henan Provincial Orthopedic Hospital)from October 2023 to July 2024 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group according to a random number table.Both groups received conventional treatment and Pingle bone-setting function therapy for the shoulder joint,and the observation group was additionally treated with stick-acupuncture tendon-releasing therapy.The treatment course for both groups was 2 weeks.Pain was assessed using the visual analogue scale(VAS),and shoulder joint function was evaluated using the Constant-Murley shoulder score.Clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,VAS scores in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01),with the observation group lower than the control group(P<0.01).Constant-Murley shoulder scores in both groups were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.01),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The cure rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),while the total effective rate showed no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Pingle bone-setting function therapy combined with stick-acupuncture tendon-releasing therapy can significantly relieve pain and improve shoulder joint mobility in patients with shoulder periarthritis,demonstrating remarkable clinical efficacy.关键词
