柴木承气汤保留灌肠联合中药热奄包治疗气滞血瘀型粘连性肠梗阻效果观察
Clinical efficacy of Chaimu Chengqi Decoction retention enema combined with Chinese herbal hot pack in treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chaimu Chengqi Decoction retention enema combined with Chinese herbal hot pack in the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction of the qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.Methods A total of 100 patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,treated at the Department of General Surgery and Colorectal Surgery,Guang'anmen Hospital,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,from January 2022 to July 2024,were included.Patients were divided into an observation group and a control group,50 cases each,according to treatment method.Both groups received conventional Western medical treatment,while the observation group additionally received Chaimu Chengqi Decoction retention enema combined with Chinese herbal hot pack for 5 consecutive days.Recovery time,hospital stay,clinical symptom scores,serum hypersensitive C-reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),neutrophil percentage(NEU),and total effective rate after 3 and 5 days of treatment were compared between groups.Results After 3 days of treatment,the total effective rate was 82.0%in the observation group and 74.0%in the control group,with no significant difference(P>0.05).After 5 days,the total effective rate was 98.0%in the observation group and 80.0%in the control group,significantly higher in the observation group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the total effective rate after 5 days was higher than that after 3 days(P<0.05).The time to first flatus,time to first defecation,time to bowel sound recovery,time to diet resumption,and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Clinical symptom scores and serum CRP,ESR,and NEU levels in both groups decreased after 3 and 5 days of treatment(P<0.05),with greater reductions in the observation group compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chaimu Chengqi Decoction retention enema combined with Chinese herbal hot pack can effectively shorten the time to first flatus,time to first defecation,time to bowel sound recovery,time to diet resumption,and hospital stay,improve clinical symptoms,and reduce inflammatory responses in patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction of the qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,thereby enhancing overall treatment efficacy.关键词
