消胀贴神阙穴贴敷对脓毒症大鼠炎症反应、凝血功能及肠道黏膜损伤的影响
Effects of Xiaozhang Paste on Shenque on inflammatory reaction,coagulation function,and intestinal mucosal injury in septic rats

Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of Xiaozhang Paste on Shenque on inflammatory response,coagulation function,and intestinal mucosal injury in septic rats.Methods Sixty rats were randomly divided into five groups(n=12 each)using a random number table,including blank control group,model group,low-dose Xiaozhang Paste group,medium-dose Xiaozhang Paste group,and high-dose Xiaozhang Paste group.Sepsis was induced in all groups except the blank control group.All rats were shaved on the abdomen,and Xiaozhang Paste was applied to the Shenque acupoint at low,medium,and high doses in the corresponding groups.The model and blank control groups received a starch paste applied to the Shenque acupoint.Paste was replaced every 24 hours for a total of 72 hours.General condition,serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),and pathological changes in intestinal tissue were compared among groups.Results The mortality of rats in the Xiaozhang Paste groups was lower than that in the model group,with higher doses corresponding to lower mortality.Compared with the blank control group,the model group showed significantly higher TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6 levels(P<0.01),prolonged APTT(P<0.01),and higher intestinal pathological scores(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,all Xiaozhang Paste groups had significantly lower TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6 levels(P<0.01),shorter APTT(P<0.05),and lower intestinal pathological scores(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaozhang Paste on Shenque can reduce inflammatory responses,improve coagulation function,and alleviate intestinal mucosal injury in septic rats.关键词
