Abstract
Objective:To explore the correlation between coagulation index and lymphocyte derivative indexes and prognosis of patients with lung adenocarcinoma receiving combined therapy with platinum-based doublet chemotherapy and bevacizumab.Methods:43 patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma who received platinum-based doublet chemotherapy combined with bevacizumab were included,and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.According to the levels of coagulation index[fibrinogen(Fib)]and lymphocyte derivative indexes[lymphocyte-to-fibrinogen ratio(LFR),platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio(PLR),neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR)],the patients were divided into low-level group and high-level group,and the progression-free survival(PFS)of patients in the low-level group and the high-level group was compared respectively.Univariate analysis and multivariate Cox analysis were applied to analyze the influencing factors affecting the prognosis of patients with lung adenocarcinoma receiving platinum-based doublet chemotherapy combined with bevacizumab.Results:The PFS in the low-level Fib group was higher than that in the high-level Fib group(P<0.05).The PFS in the high-level LFR group was higher compared with that in the low-level LFR group(P<0.05).The PFS was higher in the low-level PLR group than that in the high-level PLR group(P<0.05).The PFS in the low-level NLR group was higher compared to the high-level NLR group(P<0.05).Univariate analysis of general data revealed that there was a significant difference in PFS among patients with different liver metastases and maintenance treatment conditions(P<0.05).Multivariate Cox analysis suggested that PLR,NLR and maintenance treatment were independent influencing factors of prognosis of patients with lung adenocarcinoma(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fib,LFR,PLR,NLR,liver metastasis and maintenance treatment are related to PFS of patients with lung adenocarcinoma after platinum-based doublet chemotherapy combined with bevacizumab treatment.Low PLR,low NLR and maintenance treatment are independent influencing factors for longer PFS.关键词
