摘要

Abstract

Ultrasonic phased array nondestructive testing technology,as a crucial method in modern nondestruc-tive testing,plays an irreplaceable role in quality inspection of critical components in high-end equipment man-ufacturing fields such as nuclear power and aerospace,providing reliable assurance for the operational safety of major engineering structures.Among these,defect characterization technology serves as the core step enabling the leap from qualitative judgment to quantitative analysis in ultrasonic testing.Its accuracy directly impacts the reliability of defect hazard assessment and the precision of structural remaining life prediction,holding signifi-cant engineering application value and socio-economic benefits.In recent years,domestic and international scholars have conducted extensive research in this field,establishing a solid theoretical foundation for industrial applications from multiple dimensions,including signal processing,image reconstruction,and defect parameter inversion.The research progress in ultrasonic phased array defect characterization technology is systematically reviewed,and the current development status of key technologies is critically evaluated,and forward-looking perspectives on future development directions based on existing research bottlenecks are proposed.
