Fault Diagnosis Design Method of Airborne Equipment for Forward Research and Development
摘要
Abstract
A fault diagnosis design method of airborne equipment for forward research and development is pro-posed.Addressing the shortcomings of traditional manual testing method in efficiency,coverage,and dynamic response verification,a digital design chain spanning"requirements-model-diagnosis-verification"based on the system engineering paradigm is constructed.Based on Simulink visualization modeling and the MATLAB test management framework,the method implements high-fidelity system modeling,generates multi-modal test ca-ses,performs code conversion,and conducts software-in-the-loop(SIL)verification.Innovatively,the fault diag-nosis design is moved forward to the pre-research phase.Taking the starting air valve(SAV)control circuit of aircraft engine as a typical case,the significant advantages of this method in shortening the testing cycle,reduc-ing research and development costs,and enhancing system reliability are verified through dynamic fault injec-tion and diagnostic scheme optimization.The fault diagnosis design results of this study can be fed back to the forward research and development process of complex onboard equipment like aeroengine control systems,offer-ing important engineering value for promoting the digital transformation of equipment development modes.关键词
