低温胁迫对不同播期两个冬黑麦品种抗寒性和糖类物质含量的影响
Effects of low temperature stress on cold resistance and carbohydrate content of two winter rye varieties with different sowing dates

Abstract
[Objective]The aim of the study is to explore the effects of sowing date and variety on the cold resis-tance of winter rye and its correlation with the content of carbohydrates in tillering nodes,to reveal the physiological mechanism of winter rye adapting to low temperature stress,and to provide theoretical basis for the production of win-ter rye in Horqin sandy land.[Method]Two rye varieties,Dongmu 70 and Baiji No.1,were sown in Horqin sandy land on September 15 and September 25,2022.In the early stage of overwintering,winter rye was taken for low tem-perature stress treatment(-10℃,-20℃,-30℃),and low temperature cold storage(4℃)was used as the con-trol to determine the activity of tillering node and the content of carbohydrates.[Result]Under low temperature stress,the tillering node activity of Baiji No.1 was higher than that of Dongmu 70,and the two rye varieties sown on September 25 had significant differences under low temperature stress at-10,-20 and-30℃(P<0.05).The til-lering node vigor of rye sowed on September 15 th was higher than that sowed on September 25 th.Under the low temperature stress of-10℃and-20℃,there were significant differences between the two rye varieties and Baiji No.1 at-30℃(P<0.05).Under low temperature stress,the content of carbohydrates in Baiji No.1 was also higher than that in Dongmu 70 rye.Under low temperature stress,the sugar content of rye sown on September 15 was higher than that sown on September 25.Correlation analysis showed that the activity of rye tillering node under low temperature stress was positively correlated with sucrose,fructose and soluble sugar content,and negatively corre-lated with starch content under-30℃treatment.[Conclusion]The cold resistance of Baiji No.1 was stronger than that of Dongmu 70.The cold resistance of rye sown on September 15 was stronger than that on September 25.Soluble sugars such as sucrose and fructose were important cold-resistant protective substances of winter rye.关键词
