施用磷矿粉对石灰性土壤紫花苜蓿生长和土壤磷素特征的影响
Effect of phosphate rock application on alfalfa growth and soil phosphorus characteristics in calcareous soil

Abstract
[Objective]Phosphorus is an important element in the growth and development of Medicago sativa Phosphate ore powder is a insoluble but long-lasting phosphate fertilizer,which is less commonly used in alkaline soils in northern China This study is to clarify the application effect of phosphate rock powder in calcareous soil and provide theoretical basis for the utilization of middle and low grade phosphate rock resources.[Method]In this study,three kinds of phosphate mineral powder with grade PRⅠ(P2O5 19.27%),PRⅡ(P2O5 27.69%)and PRⅢ(P2O5 32.24%)were selected as phosphate fertilizer,and superphosphate(P2O5 12%)was used as control(CK)to explore the feasibility of direct application of phosphate rock powder on calcareous soil which might provide a new idea for the utilization of middle and low grade phosphate rock resources and manage the phosphorus fertilizer in alfalfa cultiva-tion.Soil culture pot experiment was carried out on three alfalfa varieties Algonquin(M1),Longdong(M2)and Gold queen(M3).The growth,nutritional quality(crude protein,phosphorus and Phosphorus uptake efficiency)and soil phosphorus characteristics(available phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase activity)of different alfalfa varieties were studied,and the comprehensive performance of each treatment was evaluated by Grey Correlation Analysis.[Result]The results showed that the three grades of phosphate powder applied directly to calcareous soil had differ-ent effects on biomass,crude protein,above-ground phosphorus,phosphorus absorption efficiency,soil available phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase.And through the comprehensive evaluation of grey correlation degree,it was concluded that phosphate rock powder had a good promotion effect on the quality of the second crop alfalfa,and the top three weighted correlation coefficients were all the second crop alfalfa,in order of PRⅠM1>PRⅢM1>CKM3.The results showed that PRⅠ and PRⅢ treatments showed good fertilizer efficiency over time.[Conclusion]The di-rect application of phosphate rock powder on calcareous soil had certain feasibility.关键词
