摘要

Abstract

[Objective]This article aims to explore the effects of L.plantarum PJ14 and pentococcus PL12 on the silage quality of alfalfa,sweet sorghum,corn,small rye and oat.[Method]Five natural fermentation groups,L.plantarum PJ14 supplemented with 1×108 cfu/g FM and PL12 supplemented with 1×108 cfu/g FM were tested.Af-ter 48d of silage,the sensory quality,nutritional quality and fermentation quality were measured and evaluated by TOPSIS method.[Result]The two kinds of lactic acid bacteria could improve the quality of five kinds of silage grass,among which the addition of sugar sugar tablets increased the crude protein content of alfalfa and rye by 54.83%and 83.27%,the soluble sugar content of alfalfa and oat by 20.41%and 67.01%,the lactic acid content of corn by 68.41%,and the sensory quality of corn,rye and oat increased to 15 points.The addition of Lactobacillus plantarum increased the crude protein content of sweet sorghum and maize by 17.66%and 43.7%,the soluble sugar content of maize by 209.26%,alfalfa,rye,and oat by 110.53%,185.43%,and 112.92%,and the ammonia/total ni-trogen values by 25.3%,24.22%,and 34.18%.[Conclusion]The addition of Pediococcus PL12 resulted in better silage quality for alfalfa,sweet sorghum,triticale and oat.Adding Lactobacillus plantarum PJ14 to corn for silage re-sults in better silage quality.The comprehensive score of alfalfa was the highest when pentococcus PL12 was added,which was 0.704.
