饲料中大豆卵磷脂对圆口铜鱼肝脏营养代谢的影响
Effects of soybean lecithin in the diet on liver nutrient metabolism of Coreius guichenoti

Abstract
This study systematically investigated the regulatory mechanism of dietary soy lecithin on liver nutri-tional metabolism of Coreius guichenoti.The effects of 0%(Ctrl)and 7%(PLs)soybean lecithin diet on liver me-tabolism of experimental fish were compared and analysed through an 8-week culture experiment.The results showed that compared with the control group,7%soybean lecithin diet(PLs)significantly improved the status of lipid deposition in the liver of Cupric fish.Transcriptome sequencing analysis of liver tissue revealed that dif-ferentially expressed genes were primarily focused in key metabolic pathways,including fatty acid β-oxidation,amino acid metabolism,and gluconeogenesis.Further analysis revealed that the expression levels of lipid metabo-lism-related genes(adipor2,el),glucose metabolism-related genes(g6pc1),and amino acid metabolism-related genes(spt,tod2)in the treatment group were significantly upregulated.Therefore,soy lecithin may play a role in the following ways:(1)activation of the fatty acid oxidation pathway to reduce lipid accumulation in the liver;(2)regulate the tryptophan metabolism pathway;(3)promote the process of glucose metabolism.This study provides a theoretical basis for the application of soybean lecithin in the feed of C.guichenoti,and has important practical significance for the large-scale artificial breeding of C.guichenoti.关键词
