Abstract
Aiming at the problems of neutralization and hardness removal in the treatment of bio-oxidation solution of gold concentrate in a smelter,the"limestone+lime"two-stage neutralization combined with the CO2 softening process was adopted to systematically study the effects of reagent combinations and process parameters.The results show that:compared with the traditional method,the two-stage neutralization process saves 450.6 kg of lime powder per ton of concentrate,and the cost is reduced by 194 yuan per ton of concentrate;after optimizing the limestone particle size to 91.5 μm,the reagent consumption is reduced by 20%,and the filtration time is stably maintained at 2.5 minutes.By using Ca(OH)2 to regulate the pH to 12 and reacting for 15 minutes,the removal rate of Mg2+reaches 98%.By combining with controlling the pH to 11.5 with CO2,the total hardness is reduced from 2800 mg/L to 275 mg/L(better than the standard of GB/T 19923-2005),the content of heavy metals meets the standard,and the accumulation of sodium ions can be controlled.This process constructs an efficient and low-cost resource utilization scheme for the bio-oxidation solution,providing technical support for the reduction of smelting wastewater.关键词
