基于护场理论探讨去腐生肌法治疗糖尿病型肛瘘术后创面
Discussion the Treatment of Postoperative Wounds of Diabetic Anal Fistula with Eliminating Necrotic Tissues and Promoting Granulation Therapy Based on the Field Protection Theory

Abstract
Postoperative wound of anal fistula is a common and difficult perianal wound to heal in clinic,and the wound healing of anal fistula patients with diabetes is even more difficult.The eliminating necrotic tissues and promoting granulation therapy is one of the most commonly used external treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine in wound repair,and its timing is particularly important.Based on the theory of"field protection"and combined with the clinical characteristics of postoperative wounds of patients with diabetic anal fistula,the course of the disease was divided into following three stages:removal of decay,muscle generation and closure of the mouth.Fully observe the characteristics of wound field protection,accurately grasp the time of using the method of removing saprophytic muscle,stage treatment,multi-method combined use,in order to achieve the effect of twice the result with half the effort.关键词
