Abstract
To investigate the effects of micro-nano bubble aeration on the aquaculture performance of hybrid yellow catfish"huangyou-1"(Pelteobagrus vachelli ♂×P.fulvidraco♀),this study compared micro-nano bubble aeration(EG group)with conventional blower aeration(CG group),analysing their impacts on fish growth per-formance,digestive enzyme activity,antioxidant function,and water quality.The 50-day experiment re-vealed the following results,the final body weight[(24.04±0.71)g],specific growth rate[(1.38±0.03)%/d],weight gain rate[(91.71±5.85)%],and survival rate[(95.82±0.07)%]of the EG group were signifi-cantly higher than those of the CG group.At the same time,the feed conversion ratio(1.24±0.11)was signifi-cantly reduced.Additionally,the activities of pepsin and trypsin in the intestine and stomach,as well as glutathi-one peroxidase(GSH-PX)activity in the liver,were significantly enhanced in the EG group.Regarding water quality,dissolved oxygen levels in the EG group were significantly increased,while ammonia nitrogen and ni-trite nitrogen concentrations were markedly reduced.Microbial community analysis indicated decreased microbi-al diversity in the EG group,with significant increases in the abundances of Bacteroidetes and Proteobacteria and a reduction in Actinobacteria.The study demonstrates that micro-nano bubble aeration significantly promotes growth,enhances digestive and antioxidant capacities,and improves aquaculture efficiency by optimising dis-solved oxygen,reducing harmful substances,and regulating microbial community structure.This provides a theoretical foundation for the application of high-efficiency aeration technologies in aquaculture.关键词
