Preliminary Exploration of the Pathogenesis of Multiple Myeloma from the Perspective of the"Heart-Brain-Kidney Axis"Based on the Concept of"The Unit of Form,Qi,and Spirit"

Abstract
Multiple myeloma is a malignant proliferative disease of plasma cells,which falls into the catego-ry of"Bone Bi Syndrome"in traditional Chinese medicine.Its pathological sites are not only in the kidney,but also closely related to the heart and brain.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that Form,Qi,and spirit are the three essential elements of life,which are interrelated and mutually influential,forming a unified whole.The heart,brain,and kidney are closely interconnected with the form,Qi,and spirit,reflecting the integrity and coordination of the human physiological functions.Based on the concept of"The Unit of Form,Qi,and spirit",this article proposes that the imbalance of the"heart-brain-kidney axis"is the core pathogenesis of multiple myeloma.Insufficiency of the brain and kidney,disharmony between heart kidney,and obstruction between heart and brain can lead to morphological damage,Qi disorder,and mental decline.And modern medical re-search further demonstrates the correlation between multiple myeloma and the"heart-brain-kidney axis".关键词
