Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis Based on the Syndrome Differentiation According to the Theory of"Three Types of Yang Deficiency Depletion Governed by the Spleen"

Abstract
Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a chronic autoimmune disease,which falls into the category of"Wang Bi Syndrome"in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Its onset is often attributed to spleen and stomach deficiency,insufficient healthy Qi,invasion of external pathogens,obstruction of meridians,and impaired cir-culation of Qi and blood,resulting in a condition characterized by boot deficiency and tip excess.This study is based on the theory of"Three Types of Yang Deficiency Depletion Governed by the Spleen",proposed by Wang Qishi,a physician in the Ming dynasty.By systematically analyzing its three pathogenic mechanisms--essence consumption,Qi exhaustion and fire depletion,the study discussed the etiology,pathogenesis and therapeutic approaches of TCM in RA prevention and management,in order to provide new directions and practical approa-ches for the diagnosis and treatment of RA.关键词
