基于"三脏同治"探析"升降理论"在肾性蛋白尿治疗中的应用
A Discussion on the Application of the"Ascending-Descending Theory"in the Treatment of Renal Proteinuria Based on the Principle of"Simultaneous Treatment of Three Zang-organs"
摘要
Abstract
Renal proteinuria belongs to the category of"essence turbidity leakage"in traditional Chinese medicine.Its core pathogenesis lies in the dysfunction of the Three Zang-organs(lungs,spleen and kidneys),which leads to the imbalance of Qi movement in ascending and descending.If the lung fails to disperse and de-·20·scend Qi,the distribution of fluid nutrients will be impaired;if the spleen fails to transport and transform,clear yang will fail to ascend;if the kidney fails to consolidate and contain,essential substances will leak downward.These three conditions interact as both cause and effect,forming a vicious cycle.The theory of"ascending,de-scending,entering and exiting"originates from Su Wen·Liu Wei Zhi Da Lun(Plain Questions·Great Trea-tise on the Six subtle Essentials).This theory puts forward the principle of simultaneous treatment of the Three Zang-organs:the lung,as the pivot of Qi movement,should prioritize dispersion and descent;the spleen,as the axis of Qi movement,ought to transport and transform the middle energizer;the kidney,which governs the mechanism of opening and closing,needs to consolidate the lower energizer.By regulating the ascending and de-scending of Qi movement in the Three Zang-organs and treating both the symptoms and the root cause,effective reduction in protein leakage in urine,improvement in renal function,and a new therapeutic approach for renal proteinuria can be achieved.关键词
