Abstract
Based on the theoretical system of syndrome differentiation of the six meridians in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases by Zhang Zhongjing,a case of rhabdomyolysis after COVID-19 was investigated by analyzing the syndrome differentiation of the three viewpoints of exterior and interior,good and evil,and body fluid,focusing on the discussion of the concept and pathogenesis of Taiyin apoplexy syndrome.On the basis of"Jianzhong decoction",the method of tonifying body fluid and relieving muscles was used to treat Taiyin apoplexy with"muscle paralysis",achieving good results,with a view to providing reference for the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease.关键词
