颈三针联合热敏灸治疗颈椎病颈痛的临床疗效观察
Clinical Observation on the Efficacy of Cervical Three-Needle Acupuncture Combined with Heat-Sensitive Moxibustion in Treating Cervical Pain of Cervical Spondylosis

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Cervical Three-Needle acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of neck pain caused by cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 90 patients with neck pain due to cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into a heat-sensitive moxibustion group,a Cervical Three-Needle acupuncture group,and a Combined therapy group(Cervical Three-Needle acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion),with 30 cases in each group.The heat-sensitive moxi-bustion group was treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion alone,the Cervical Three-Needles acupuncture group received conventional acupuncture therapy,and the combination group received Cervical Three Needles com-·68·bined with heat-sensitive moxibustion.After one course of treatment,the Northwick Park Neck Pain Question-naire(NPQ)scores and McGill Pain Questionnaire(MPQ)scores were compared among the three groups.Re-sults The clinical effective rate was 90.0%in the combination group,76.7%in the Cervical Three-Needles acupuncture group,and 63.3%in the heat-sensitive moxibustion group.The clinical efficacy of the combination group was significantly superior to that of the Cervical Three-Needles acupuncture group and the heat-sensitive moxibustion group,while the clinical efficacy of the Cervical Three-Needles acupuncture group was better than that of the heat-sensitive moxibustion group.Conclusion The combination group can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with cervical spondylosis-related neck pain,promote the disease control,and sig-nificantly improve the quality of life of these patients.关键词
