Abstract
Based on Ti-based interstitial-free(IF)steel,this study optimized alloy composition by introducing S-containing alloys to form Ti4C2S2 and TiS inclusions.The hot rolling and annealing process parameters were further refined while maintaining the mechanical properties of the IF steel.Experimental results demonstrated that the hydrogen permeation time(TH),measured via electrochemical methods,increased significantly from 4.4 min to 12 min.Enameling tests revealed no fish-scale explosion defects,indicating excellent hydrogen storage capacity and markedly improved enameling properties.The optimized IF steel exhibited favorable mechanical performance with a yield strength of 145 MPa,tensile strength of 311 MPa,post-fracture elongation of 43%,and an r-value of 2.65,meeting the requirements for forming complex components.The material has been successfully applied in high-end home appliances in overseas markets,demonstrating robust manufacturability and practical viability.关键词
