Abstract
This paper introduces the transformation of a split twist rolling line primarily used for producing hot-rolled ribbed steel bars.By adjusting the rolling passes,optimizing the roll pass design,redesigning the billet composition,and improving the controlled cooling process and loop parameters,issues such as dimensional fluctuations,out-of-tolerance roundness,and surface red rust in hot-rolled plain steel bars were resolved.关键词
