Abstract
Chitosan fluorescent materials,combining the excellent biocompatibility of chitosan with fluorescent imaging,have emerged as a research hotspot in the field of clinical tracing.This article reviews the preparation methods,and performance characterization of chitosan fluorescent materials,as well as their application progress in various fields such as surgical navigation,tumor localization,lymphatic system monitoring,angiography,drug delivery and release monitoring,and cell tracking,aimming to provide theoretical and practical foundations for the clinical translation of chitosan fluorescent materials.The research indicates that chitosan fluorescent materials can significantly enhance surgical precision,optimize drug treatment protocols,and achieve real-time visualization of dynamic processes within organisms.However,issues such as fluorescence stability and long-term toxicity still require further investigation.关键词
