摘要
Abstract
The article aimed to investigate the enhancement of immune function in mice by Ganoderma spore oil and its auxiliary protective effect against alcoholic liver injury.After continuous oral administration of Ganoderma spore oil at doses of 0.167,0.333,and 1 g/(kg·bw)to mice for 30 days,various indicators were measured.The experiments has shown that Ganoderma spore oil can act on both the immune system and the liver.It can significantly enhance the antibody production capacity and macrophage phagocytic function,effectively increase GSH,regulate liver redox status,and reduce TG levels to improve lipid metabolism.Ganoderma spore oil has the effects of enhancing immunity and protecting the liver,and it also provides auxiliary protection against alcoholic liver injury.关键词
