摘要

Abstract

As a bioisostere of diazoxide-based pharmaceuticals,benzo[e][1,2,3]oxathiazine-2,2-dioxides enable significant ability to improve pharmacokinetic properties of corresponding drugs and exhibit diverse biological activities,including antiviral,anticancer,anticonvulsant,and anti-osteoporosis effects.Consequently,research on their derivatization reactions has been increasing.This article focuses on the C-H bond functionalization of benzo[e][1,2,3]oxathiazine-2,2-dioxides and summarizes its reaction types as well as corresponding mechanisms.
