Expert consensus on fetal lung maturation and lung function protection during the perinatal period
摘要
Abstract
The lungs are vital organs in the fetus,and their maturity is crucial for the survival of newborns.Fetal lung development and maturation constitute a complex and highly conserved process.Sufficient pulmonary surfactant production signifies fetal lung maturity.Factors influencing fetal lung maturation include pre-pregnancy health status of both parents,fetal growth and intrauterine environment,maternal nutrition during pregnancy,pregnancy-related complications,medication use during pregnancy,timing and mode of delivery,and effective obstetric-neonatal collaboration during delivery.Lung function protection is crucial for children's future respiratory health,reducing the risk of respiratory diseases,and enhancing lung reserve capacity.Long-term,it also impacts children's immune function and overall future health.This consensus emphasizes the importance of fetal lung maturation and lung function protection,along with clinical strategies during pregnancy and delivery,to promote healthy childhood development.关键词
