Research progress on the effect of climatic factors on community-acquired pneumonia in children
摘要
Abstract
Community-acquired pneumonia(CAP)is one of the major respiratory diseases among children worldwide.Climate change is considered an important factor influencing its incidence and transmission patterns.Climate factors such as temperature,humidity,rainfall amount,and altitude can affect the survival and transmission of pathogens,as well as human behavior and immunity,thereby influencing the incidence and severity of pneumonia in children.Driven by human factors,today's climate is highly variable.The public health sector urgently needs to pay attention to the impact of climate factors on children's respiratory health and take effective intervention measures to reduce the health burden caused by climate change.This review summarizes the mechanisms by which climate factors affect CAP in children and proposes public health strategies to address climate change.关键词
